I think the best place for 55-ing is raptor farm although u would need mantra of resolve for it

If he wants to get one shot by twisting jaws then yes its a great idea to 55 the raptors. I don't know of any good 55 spots in EOTN as the groups tend to be more balanced and not 55 friendly.

You can 55 the raptors, just not the boss or its group. Not as quick, nor profitable, but still a possibility.

i farm there with my monk alot. you can farm outside eye of the north, you can farm outside gunnars hold also the lake area.just bring a monk/mesmer build with the skill mantra resolve( it stops them from casting/interuppting your spells.works great on the avalanches since there the only problem you will really have!) if you need more help contact me in the game!
